As all our courses are digital and downloadable, we provide immediate access to the content once you complete your purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer full refunds after the course has been accessed or downloaded, except under certain conditions outlined below.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Refund for Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading the course content, and we are unable to resolve the issue promptly, we will consider offering a refund. Please contact us as soon as you encounter any difficulties.

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Course: If the course you purchased is incomplete or there is an error in the content that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame, we will offer a refund.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not available for the following situations:

  • Accessing or Downloading the Course: If you have accessed or downloaded the course content in full or partially, we do not offer refunds, as the material is considered consumed.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide that the course is not right for you after accessing it, we are unable to offer a refund.

  • Course Completion: Once you have completed the course, no refund will be issued.
